Correlogic is a dynamic, pre-IPO clinical proteomics company that is pioneering the use of serum fingerprinting to identify patterns characteristic of disease states. Our research on ovarian, prostate and pancreatic cancers, Wegener's disease and other conditions has been published in numerous peer-reviewed scientific journals. Research in breast, colon and other cancers is also underway. The goal of our research is to develop highly sensitive and specific pattern recognition-based blood tests for various cancer and non-cancer disease states. We are collaborating with many of the nation's foremost research institutions and thought leaders. We have formed alliances with two of the nation's premier diagnostic laboratories for the implementation of specific assays.

Scientific Applications Developer

The Applications Developer will develop a series of GUI driven applications for interfacing Mass Spectrometers and robotics with the Company's analytical and computational backend. Additional responsibilities include writing general analytical and data processing applications.

Minimum Qualifications

• .NET developer
• 5 years relevant work experience
• M.S. in Computer Science or related discipline

Additional Qualifications

• Strong mathematical and statistical abilities
• Understanding of signal processing and noise reduction techniques
• Experience with spectrometers
• Experience with development in OS X and Linux
• Knowledgeable in Python and RDMS
• Experience in software development in a regulated environment
• Comfortable in a fast-paced small company environment
